Repeat Prescriptions
IMPORTANT: Please use one of the following methods to order your medication. Prescription requests take 48 hours (two working days) to process so please make sure you order your medication in time to avoid running out.
In Person |
Complete your tear off slip and post it through our letter box by the entrance to the surgery or write the required medication on a piece of paper with your details and post this through. |
By Post |
You can post your prescription request to us and this will be processed within 48 hours of receiving your request. If you enclose a stamped addressed envelope we will send your completed prescription back to you. |
On Line |
If you have a My Health Online account, you can request repeat prescriptions using the NHS Wales App |

Please give as much detail as possible regarding the medication you are ordering including Drug Name, Directions and Quantities. You request will not be processed without these full details causing a delay in your request.
REMEMBER: Pharmacies offer the Common Ailments Service and a Walk-in Centre facility. They can provide confidential advice and issue FREE prescriptions, including emergency hormonal contraception and emergency supplies of medication.
