Practice staff

Leanne Kiddie is our Practice Manager and is responsible for the smooth running of the practice. If you feel you need to discuss any aspect of the practice administration, she will be only too pleased to listen and advise. Please contact her at the practice to arrange a suitable time to discuss your concerns or feedback.

DEPUTY PRACTICE MANAGER
Emma Tudor is responsible for supporting the practice manager and the smooth running of the reception and back office functions.

RECEPTIONISTS/GENERAL ADMINISTRATION STAFF
We have both part-time and full-time receptionists and administration staff at our surgery. All staff follow the same processes and protocols. They are all trained and governed by the same rules of confidentiality as the medical staff. Please remember that if sometimes you are asked what might appear to be irritating questions, it is because they are trying to help both the doctor and the patient, to ensure the patient is sign posted appropriately.
The general administration staff are responsible for computer input and typing for the practice. We are fully covered by the Data Protection Act and have an up to date ICO registration.

ATTACHED STAFF
These are attached to the practice but not necessarily based in the surgery, and include health visitors, community midwives, phlebotomists, pharmacist and community district nurses.
