Disabled Access
The surgery is wheelchair accessible. We have consulting rooms on the ground floor or on the 1st floor with access via the lift. There is a disabled parking bay in the car park.
There is a disabled toilet on the ground floor suitable for wheelchair access. The reception desk has a window positioned low enough to be used by patients using wheelchairs. Patients that need further assistance may telephone the surgery from the car park and will be helped into the building by a member of staff. Should patients experience accessing the building, or services, the reception team should be informed.
Hearing Difficulties
For patients who are hard of hearing, please let the receptionists know if you need assistance, or if you wish to use our portable loop system.
